【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Spinach…1/2 bunch
Mesclun greens…1/2 bag
Carrot…1/2 carrot (75 grams)
Onion…1/4 onion (25 grams)
Apple cider vinegar…2 tablespoons
Honey…0.5 teaspoon
Extra virgin olive oil…1.5 tablespoons
Pepper…As needed

【How to make】
①Boil the spinach, rinse in water, squeeze and cut into 5cm lengths.
②Wash the mesclun greens and drain.
③Put the carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces, onion, apple cider vinegar, honey and olive oil into a food processor and blend until the carrots are smooth, then add salt to taste (if you don't have a food processor, use a grater).
④Combine the spinach and mesclun greens on a plate, pour the dressing from step ③ over them and sprinkle with pepper.
【Points】
This is an edible dressing with a strong carrot flavor. It's a healthy salad that allows you to incorporate plenty of green and yellow vegetables.
