【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Sweet potato…150 grams
Ground beef and pork…100 grams
Onion…20 grams
Vegetable oil…1 teaspoon
Soy sauce…1 teaspoon
Salt…Pinch
Pepper…Appropriate amount
Cheese…50 grams
Shiso…3 pieces

【How to make】
①Cut the sweet potato into 2cm slices, then cut into quarters and steam until a bamboo skewer can be pierced.
②Finely chop the onion.
③Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ② and the ground meat and stir fry, then add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
④Place ① in a heat-resistant container, top with ③ and cheese, and bake in a toaster oven until the cheese melts and changes color.
⑤Sprinkle thinly chopped shiso leaves on ④.
