【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Sweet potato…80 grams
Dashi…500cc
Rice…160 grams
Shimeji mushrooms…50 grams
Salt…Appropriate amount
Paste plums…As desired
Mitsuba…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Cut the sweet potato into 2cm slices and cut into 4 equal pieces.
②Add ① to the dashi and cook over low heat until a bamboo skewer can be pierced. If the liquid in the dashi has reduced, add a little water (not included in the recipe).
③Add the warmed rice and shimeji mushrooms to ② and lightly season with salt.
④Add plum paste to taste.
⑤Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped mitsuba.
【Points】
The sweetness of the sweet potato, which you sometimes eat, warms the sour plum porridge. It is also recommended as a cold prevention measure when you feel cold.
