【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Pork shoulder loin (block)…150 grams
Salt…0.5 teaspoon
Chinese cabbage…200 grams Olive oil...1 teaspoon
Garlic…1/4 clove
Lemon juice…2 teaspoons
Salt…Appropriate amount
Pepper…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Cut the pork into 1cm strips, sprinkle with salt and rub, then set aside for about 30 minutes.
②Cut the Chinese cabbage stems into 1cm strips and the leaves into 5cm strips.
③Grate the garlic.
④Add olive oil and ③ to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. When the garlic starts to smell, add ① and stir fry.
⑤When the pork starts to change color, add the stems from ② and lemon juice, and stir fry briefly. After turning off the heat, add the leaves from ② and soften in the residual heat, then season with salt and pepper.
