【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Shrimp…6 pieces
Garlic…0.5 pieces
Olive oil…1 tablespoon
Onion…30 grams
Chinese cabbage…100 grams
Consommé soup…400 ml
Olive oil…Appropriate amount
Salt…Appropriate amount
Black pepper…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Remove the shells and vein from the shrimp.
②Finely chop the garlic, slice the onion, cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces, and slice the core.
③Heat the olive oil (1 tablespoon) and the garlic in a pot over medium heat. When the aroma comes out, add the onion and shrimp and stir fry.
④When the shrimp turn pink, pour in the hot consommé soup and add the Chinese cabbage. When the core starts to soften, add the cabbage leaves and season with salt.
⑤Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with olive oil and black pepper.
