【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Broccoli…½ piece
Baby scallops (steamed)…8 pieces
Miso…10 grams
Butter…20 grams
Salt…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and steam in a steamer until it is slightly firm. Peel off the tough skin from the stems before using.
②Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat. When the butter has melted, add the miso and mix, then add the baby scallops and ①. Turn the heat to medium and stir fry quickly, then add salt to taste.
③Place ② on a plate.
