【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Thinly sliced pork (loin)…200 grams
Crown daisies…100 grams
Fresh cream…100cc
Olive oil…0.5 tablespoon
Salt…Appropriate amount
Pepper…Appropriate amount
Walnuts…Appropriate amount
【How to make】
①Cut the crown daisies into 4cm lengths. Finely chop any thick stems.
②Crack the walnuts into pieces and roast them.
③Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the pork. When it starts to change color, add the cream.
④When ③ starts to boil, add ① and quickly cook through, then season with salt and pepper.
⑤Place ④ in a serving dish and sprinkle ② on top.
【Points】
The aroma of the crown daisies will spread throughout the rich cream stew. Be careful not to overcook the crown daisies.
