【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Small turnip…100grams (1 piece)
Salt…A pinch
Canned tuna (in oil)…70 grams
Salted kelp…5 grams
Soy sauce…3 drops Stem of small turnip...a little

【How to make】
①Peel the small turnips, cut them into 8 wedges, sprinkle with salt and leave for a while.
②Discard the oil from the can of tuna, transfer tuna to a bowl, add salted kelp and soy sauce and mix.
③Add the turnips from step ① to ② and mix. ④Place ③ on the plate, and garnish with the stems of turnip cut into 5cm lengths.
【Points】
Easy to prepare, perfect as a side dish or snack when you're short on time. The saltiness of each ingredient brings out the sweetness of the turnip.
