【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Kintoki carrots…200 grams
Daikon radish…100 grams
Mixed ground meat (beef and pork)…120 grams
Ginger…5 grams
Garlic…2 grams
Sesame oil…1 tablespoon
Water…300cc
Cane sugar…2 teaspoons
Miso…1 teaspoon
Salt…½ teaspoon
Potato starch…1 tablespoon
Water…1 tablespoon
Ground Japanese pepper…Appropriate amount Green onions...Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Peel the Kintoki carrots and daikon radish and cut them into 1cm cubes.
②Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
③Put sesame oil and ② in a pot and heat over medium heat. When the aroma starts to come out, add the ground meat. When the color changes, add ① and stir fry together.
④When the daikon radish becomes translucent, add water and bring to a boil, then add cane sugar, miso, and salt to dissolve.
⑤When the daikon and carrots are cooked through, add potato starch dissolved in water and mix. When it thickens, turn off the heat, sprinkle ground Japanese pepper to taste and mix.
⑥Serve in a bowl, and garnish with finely chopped green onions on top.
