【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Jerusalem artichoke…50 grams
Crown daisy…50 grams
Lemon juice…1 tablespoon
Olive oil…1 tablespoon
Salt…2 pinches
Pepper…A little
Walnuts…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
① Wash the Jerusalem artichoke thoroughly, slice it thinly with the skin on, and soak in water.
② Wash the crown daisy, remove the stem, and cut it in half.
③ Roast the walnuts and roughly crush them with a rolling pin.
④ Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
⑤ Add ① and ② to ④ and mix.
⑥ Place ⑤ in a bowl and pour ③ over it.
【Points】
You can eat Jerusalem artichoke raw. Slicing it thinly and soaking it in water will remove the bitterness and give it a refreshing taste. This is a simple salad to enjoy with the aroma of crown daisy. You can enjoy the pleasant texture.
