京都府内は2024年11月2日、激しい雨に見舞われ、大雨洪水警報が広い範囲に発表された。京都市内では激しく降る雨で路面に水がたまり、水しぶきを上げて走る乗用車の姿が見られた。鴨川も茶色い濁流と化し、大きな木が流れていく様子も見られた。

On November 2, 2024, heavy rain hit Kyoto Prefecture, and a heavy rain and flood warning was issued over a wide area. In Kyoto City, the heavy rain caused water to accumulate on the roads, and cars could be seen splashing water as they drove along. The Kamo River also turned into a brown, muddy river, and large trees were seen being washed away.

2024年11月2日，京都府遭遇暴雨，大規模發布暴雨洪水警報。京都市內，大雨導致道路積水，可見客車行駛時濺起水花。鴨川也變成了棕色泥流，可以看到大樹被沖走。

교토 부내는 2024년 11월 2일 격렬한 비에 휩쓸려 폭우 홍수 경보가 넓은 범위로 발표됐다. 교토시에서는 격렬하게 내리는 비로 노면에 물이 쌓이고, 물보라를 올려 달리는 승용차의 모습이 보였다. 가모가와도 갈색 탁류로 되어 큰 나무가 흐르는 모습도 보였다.
