京都市内でクマの目撃情報が相次いでいる。京都市北区の御薗橋に近い鴨川河川敷を歩いている姿を見た、との情報が寄せられるなど、2024年10月以降は市街地付近からの通報が続く。今年はクマの餌となるドングリが不作で、冬眠前に餌を求めて町中まで下りてきている可能性がある。

There have been a series of bear sightings in Kyoto City. Reports have been coming in from around the city since October 2024, including one where the bear was seen walking along the Kamo River riverbed near Misonobashi Bridge in Kita Ward, Kyoto City. This year, there has been a poor harvest of acorns, which are the bear's food, and it is possible that the bear has come down to the city center in search of food before hibernation.

교토시 내에서 곰의 목격 정보가 잇따르고 있다. 교토시 기타구의 오토바시에 가까운 가모가와 강변을 걷고 있는 모습을 보았다는 정보가 전해지는 등, 2024년 10월 이후는 시가지 부근으로부터의 통보가 계속된다. 올해는 곰의 먹이가 되는 도토리가 부작으로, 동면전에 먹이를 찾아 마을 안으로 내려오고 있을 가능성이 있다.
