皇后杯第42回全国都道府県対抗女子駅伝は2024年1月14日、京都市右京区のたけびしスタジアム京都を発着点に京都市左京区の国立京都会館前を折り返す9区間＝42・195キロで行われ、宮城が2時間16分30秒（速報）で2度目の優勝を飾った。新型コロナウイルス禍で中止となった39回大会を挟んで29年ぶりの頂点。
