Snow Dondon Park, a snow play area that utilizes the slopes of a former ski resort in Kyotango Forest Park Swiss Village (Yaei-cho, Kyotango City) in Kyotango City, Kyoto Prefecture, will be open to the public free of charge from February 8, 2025. The event is organized by Egel (Ukyo-ku, Kyoto City), the designated manager of Swiss Village by Kyotango City.

The snowman-building competition is free to participate in, and the winner is the team that piles the most snow in a maximum of 75 minutes. Registrations will be accepted from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the Swiss Village Visitor Center on a first-come, first-served basis (maximum of 5 people per group). The competition will take place from 10:15 am to 11:30 am, with the results announced at 1:00 pm.
