Cauliflower…250 grams
Mayonnaise…2 tablespoons
Curry powder…1 teaspoon
Olive oil…1 tablespoon
Salt…A little
Daikon radish sprouts...Appropriate amount

【How to make】
① Divide the cauliflower into small florets and slice thinly to a thickness of 5 mm.
② Add mayonnaise and curry powder to a small bowl and mix well.
③ Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry ① on both sides over medium heat.
④ Add ③ to ②, mix and season with salt.
⑤ Place on the bowl, and garnish with daikon radish sprouts.
