【How to make】
① Grate the Shogoin turnip.
② Put the turnips from ①. into a bowl, mix well, and season with white dashi.
③ Place ②. into a serving dish and garnish with chrysanthemum flowers.

A refreshing dish that makes use of the sweetness of the Shogoin turnip and the stickiness of the mekabu. As the mekabu is salty, add the white dashi little by little to adjust the flavor.
