Kujo green onion wrapped in pork belly

【How to make】
① Cut the Kujo leek into 5cm pieces.
② Spread out the pork belly, roll up the pieces around the core, season lightly with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
③ Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the pieces end-side down, and cook while rolling until browned all over.
④ Mix soy sauce, mirin, cane sugar, sake, and minced garlic in a bowl, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
⑤ Place the ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle with white sesame seeds or chopped Kujo leek (not included in the recipe) to taste.

【Points】
The fragrant sweet and spicy sauce goes perfectly with the Kujo leek. Coating with potato starch helps the sauce to stick better and enhances the flavor.
