The Kuroda Hyakunen Sakura in Kyohokumiya-cho, Ukyo Ward, Kyoto City, which is said to be the latest cherry blossom viewing spot in Kyoto City, finally reached full bloom on April 19, 2025. The mountain village, about 40 kilometers north of Kyoto City Hall, was so cold that the minimum temperature in mid-April was 0°C, and the cherry blossoms bloomed slowly. The large pale pink flowers bloom softly, allowing you to enjoy the last cherry blossom viewing of the season.
