White rice…300 grams
Boiled bamboo shoots…80 grams
Grilled fish (horse mackerel)…80 grams
Pickled plums (seeds removed)…30 grams
Soy sauce...5 grams
Mitsuba…appropriate amount
【How to make】
①Remove the water from the boiled bamboo shoots and cut them into appropriate sizes.
②Shred the grilled fish and remove the bones.
③Finely pound the pickled plums with a knife and mix with soy sauce.
④Add ①②③ to the warm rice and mix.
⑤Place ④ in a bowl and add the mitsuba leaves.
【point】
For fish, try Spanish mackerel instead of horse mackerel. It's easier to loosen if you loosen it while it's still warm. Enjoy bamboo shoot rice with mixed rice that you can make with a small amount if you have white rice.
