
【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Potatoes…3 pieces (250g)
Boiled bamboo shoots…40 grams
Oil sardine…30 grams
Mayonnaise…20 grams
Salt…2 pinches (as appropriate)
Time...as you like
Pickled olives...as you like
【How to make】
①Thoroughly wash the potatoes, put them in a pot with their skins on, pour enough water to cover them, heat over medium heat, and boil until a bamboo skewer inserted into the potatoes comes out clean.
②Peel the potatoes from ① while still hot, mash with a wooden spoon, and remove from heat.
③Drain the water from the boiled bamboo shoots and cut them into small pieces.
④Add and the loosened oil sardines, mayonnaise, and salt to ②, and mix together, then loosen and add the thyme leaves if you like.
⑤Arrange in a plate and garnish with thyme and pickled olives.

Mash the potatoes until they remain solid. The herb thyme has a refreshing scent that goes well with fish dishes, and it can also be expected to relieve fatigue and have a relaxing effect.
