
【Materials】(For 2 people)
New onion…150 grams
White maitake mushroom...80 grams
Japanese parsley…40 grams
Sesame oil…1 tablespoon
Salt…3 pinches
【How to make】
① Cut the new onions into wedges, and divide the white maitake mushrooms into easy-to-eat pieces.
② Cut the Japanese parsely into 6cm lengths.
③Put sesame oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add ① and stir-fry. When the new onions become translucent, season with salt. Add ② and stir-fry briefly, then turn off the heat.
【point】
A simple dish that will make you feel spring with the sweetness of new onions and the aroma of Japanese parsley. Use white maitake for a refreshing color. Be careful not to overcook the Japanese parsely, which is added at the end.
