【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Onion miso (New onion...150 grams, Miso...80 grams, Cane sugar…15 grams)
Vegetable oil...1 tablespoon Deep-fried thick silken tohu…1 large piece
Sprout…appropriate amount
【How to make】
(1) Finely chop the new onions.
(2) Put vegetable oil in a pot, heat over medium heat, add (1) and stir-fry thoroughly. When the onions become soft, add the cane sugar and miso, stir-fry until blended, make onion miso, and pour into sterilized jar.
(3) Fry the fried silken tohu over medium heat until it turns golden brown on both,sides.
(4) Place (3) on a plate, place 1 tablespoon of onion miso from (2) on top, and add the sprouts.

By frying the new onions thoroughly, you can bring out the sweetness of the onions. Onion miso can be used in a variety of dishes that make use of the ingredient itself.
