【How to make】
①Slice the sea bream thinly and arrange in a radial pattern on a plate.
②Leave 5cm of asparagus at the tip, then thinly slice diagonally and place on top of the sea bream.
③Sprinkle salt and pepper all over ②, sprinkle with olive oil and soy sauce, sprinkle with chopped dill, and add lemon slices.
