Asparagus…4 pieces
Onion...50 grams
Mushrooms…70 grams
Eggs...4 pieces
Vegetable oil…2 tablespoons
Salt…appropriate amount
【How to make】
① Peel the 5cm part from the base of the asparagus.
② Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
③Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well, add ②, mix, and season with salt.
④Put vegetable oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat, add ③ and stir slowly with chopsticks to make scrambled eggs, then remove to a plate.
⑤ Next, grill the asparagus in a frying pan and place it on top of ④.

Grilled asparagus is a recommended way to eat it because it concentrates the water content and increases the flavor. It also goes well with scrambled eggs that have a mushroom scent.
