Deep-fried tohu…1/2 piece
Dried young sardines (Chirimen-jyako)…10 grams
Japanese white radish…100 grams
Sesame oil…10 grams

Mibuna and Deep-fried tofu salad

【How to make】
①Cut the mibuna leaves into 4cm lengths.
②Slice the Japanese white radish into thin strips.
③Cut the deep-fried tofu into strips and place in a frying pan over medium heat, sear until golden brown.
④Mix the sesame oil and soy sauce together well.
⑤Place ①, ②, and ③ in a bowl, sprinkle dried young sardines on top, and pour ④ over the top.
