Salt…2 pinches
Tofu…75 grams
Rice…1 serving
Sesame…Appropriate amount

Mibuna and Tofu rice

【How to make】
①Drain the tofu.
②Finely chop the mibuna into 1cm pieces and add salt.
③Once the liquid has come out of ②, squeeze out the water.
④Mash ① with the back of a fork and mix with ③.
⑤Place rice in a bowl, top with ④ and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

【Points】
This dish is simply seasoned with salt, but it really brings out the deliciousness of the mibuna. It's light and easy to eat, even when your appetite is low. It's also nice that you can easily get some nutrition along with the protein source of tofu.
