【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Shimeji mushrooms…100 grams
King oyster mushrooms…50 grams
Salted Rice Malt…10 grams
Yuzu…As needed

【How to make】
①Remove the stems from the shimeji mushrooms and divide them into appropriate portions. Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half if they are long and then cut them lengthwise.
②Put ① in a bowl and mix with the salted rice malt.
③Lightly fry ② in a frying pan.
④Place on a plate and sprinkle with grated yuzu.
【Points】
The salted rice malt brings out the flavor of the mushrooms and they are simply grilled. The aroma of the yuzu is also added, so you can enjoy the two-layered aroma of the mushrooms and the yuzu as you savor the dish.
