The special train is to commemorate the "CLAMP Exhibition - SELECTION -" currently being held at Hirakata Park (Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture). All seven carriages of the 13000 series train are decorated with advertisements featuring popular characters from their debut series "RG VEDA" and their representative works "Cardcaptor Sakura" and "xxxHOLiC." The front carriage is fitted with a commemorative headmark, and exhibition posters are also displayed next to the doors on the side of the carriage.

The train will operate daily until January 13, 2025, but there will be days when it is suspended due to vehicle operation such as inspections. The train will operate without distinguishing it from regular carriages, so the operating schedule will change daily.
