【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Persimmon…2 pieces
Vanilla ice cream…50 grams
Western liquor…Appropriate amount
Leaf buds…2 pieces

Persimmon topped with ice cream

【How to make】
①Remove the stem of the persimmon, peel it, and cut it into quarters.
②Scoop ice cream onto the top of ① with a spoon and garnish with leaf buds.
③Add the liquor in a small bowl and pour it over ② just before serving.

【Points】
Persimmons taste better when they are slightly soft and ripe than firm ones. This is an adult dessert drizzled with liquor.
