【How to make】
①Remove the stem of the persimmon, peel it, and slice it into thin wedges about 8mm wide.
②Place ① on the bottom of the underside of a shiso leaf, place the Saikyo miso on top of the persimmon, fold the shiso leaf and stick it with the Saikyo miso.
