【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Persimmon…0.5 piece
Sake lees…30 grams
Walnuts…8 grams
Cane sugar…1 teaspoon
Soy sauce…0.5 teaspoon
Italian parsley…If available

【How to make】
①Remove the stem of the persimmon, peel it, and cut it into 6 wedges.
②Fry the walnuts in a frying pan until fragrant, then remove them.
③While the frying pan is still hot, add the cane sugar and soy sauce, mix, and place over medium heat. When the cane sugar has melted and it starts to boil, turn off the flying pan and add the walnuts from ② back in and mix well.
④Divide the sake lees into 6 equal parts, roll them into balls, press them down, place them on a grill, and grill quickly over a flame.
⑤Place ④ on ①, then top with ③ and garnish with Italian parsley.
