【2024祇園祭】祇園祭後祭（あとまつり）の山鉾巡行（7月24日）の無事を祈り、聖護院（京都市左京区）の山伏が2024年7月23日、巡行に参加する京都市内の中心部の山を参拝した。役行者山（京都市中京区室町通三条下ル）では護摩焚（た）きが営まれ、参拝者が無病息災を願った。

On July 23, 2024, a mountain priest from Shogoin Temple (Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City) visited a mountain in the center of Kyoto City that will be participating in the procession to pray for the safety of the Gion Festival's Ato Matsuri float procession (July 24th). A goma fire ceremony was held at Ennogyoja-yama (Muromachi-dori Sanjo-shita, Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City), and worshippers prayed for good health.
