【4K動画】京都市上下水道局は2024年4月19日、京都市南区の鳥羽水環境保全センターで5年ぶりに一般公開を始めた。見ごろを迎えたフジの花を楽しむ来場者でにぎわった。公開は4月21日まで、午前10時～午後4時。

【4K VIDEO】On April 19, 2024, the Kyoto City Water and Sewerage Bureau opened its Toba Water Environmental Conservation Center in Minami Ward, Kyoto City to the public for the first time in five years. The event was crowded with visitors enjoying the wisteria flowers, which are at their peak. The exhibition will be open until April 21st, from 10am to 4pm.
