京都市右京区の妙心寺塔頭・東林院で2023年10月12日の夜、夜間特別拝観「梵燈（ぼんとう）のあかりに親しむ会」の試験点灯が行われた。書院前の庭では「何にもとらわれない心境が身につけば、おのずと心中に清風が吹く」という意味の禅語「万里清風秋（ばんりせいふうのあき）」が明かりを用いて表現された。

On the night of October 12, 2023, a trial lighting ceremony was held at Torin-in Temple, the sub-temple of Myoshin-ji Temple in Ukyo Ward, Kyoto City, for a special nighttime viewing, ''A Society to Get Closer to the Bonto Lights.'' In the garden in front of the shoin, the Zen word ''Banri Seifu no Aki,'' which means ''Once you acquire a state of mind that is unfettered by anything, a clean breeze will naturally blow into your heart,'' was expressed using lights.
