Boiled bamboo shoots…40 grams
Thinly sliced beef…120 grams
Water…500cc
Soy sauce…1/2 teaspoon
Salt…Appropriate amount
Japanese parsley…20 grams
【How to make】
①Cut the boiled bamboo shoots into quarters.
②Cut the parsley into 6cm lengths.
③Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Once it boils, turn the heat to medium and add the beef little by little, skimming off the scum.
④Add the boiled bamboo shoots that have been cut into quarters, season with soy sauce and salt, add the parsley that has been cut into 6cm lengths, leaving only a portion of the Japanese parsley, and turn off the heat.
⑤Transfer to a bowl, pour in the soup, and top with the remaining Japanese parsley.

Immediately turn off the heat after adding the Japanes parsley. It contains a lot of beta-carotene and vitamin C, which has a synergistic effect to enhance immune function, and its aroma can be expected to have a sedative and relaxing effect.
