Sauteed chicken with fresh onion and ponzu sauce

【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Chicken thigh…1 piece
Salt…appropriate amount
Pepper…appropriate amount
New onion…1/2 piece
Asparagus…4 pieces
Vegetable oil…1 tablespoon
Ponzu sauce…100cc
Mitsuba…appropriate amount

【How to make】
(1) Cut the chicken thighs in half and season both sides with salt and pepper.
(2) Cut half of the new onion into wedges, and chop the other half into fine.
(3) Cut each asparagus into thirds.
(4) Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry the onions cut into wedges from (2) until translucent, then remove to a plate. Next, stir-fry the asparagus from (3) and place on a plate.
(5) Fry the chicken thighs from (1) in the frying pan from (4) until golden brown on both sides, then take them out and use a knife to cut them into bite-sized pieces and place them on top of the fried onions from (4).
(6) Next, add the chopped onion from (2) to the frying pan from (5) and fry until it becomes translucent. Pour in the ponzu sauce and let it mix. Turn off the heat and pour it over (5). Add the mitsuba.
