Manganji peppers…4 stalks
Shirataki noodles…1 pack
Mentaiko(Spicy cod roe)…40 grams
Salt…Appropriate amount
Goji berries…Appropriate amount

【How to make】
①Remove the stem and seeds from the Manganji peppers and cut them diagonally.
②Rub the shirataki with salt, cut them to the appropriate length, and rinse with water.
③Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the shredded mentaiko and stir fry, then add ① and ② and stir fry, season with salt.
④Place ③ on a plate and top with goji berries.
【Points】
The texture of the Manganji peppers, which is different from that of shirataki, makes this a dish you won't get tired of. It can also be used as a substitute for mentaiko pasta.
