2024年1月14日、京都市内で皇后杯第42回全国都道府県対抗女子駅伝が行われた。2区には兵庫県代表の田中希実選手や、岡山県代表のドルーリー朱瑛里選手らが区間賞を競った。

On January 14, 2024, the 42nd Empress's Cup Prefectural Women's Ekiden was held in Kyoto City. In the second ward, Nozomi Tanaka, representing Hyogo Prefecture, and Eiri Drury, representing Okayama Prefecture, competed for the section prize.
