【4K動画】京都三大祭りの一つ、葵祭（路頭の儀）が2025年5月15日、京都市内で行われた。近衛使代（このえつかいだい）と斎王代を中心とした平安装束の約500人が行列をなして進み、新緑の都大路を彩った。
葵祭は下鴨神社（京都市左京区）と上賀茂神社（京都市北区）の例祭。京都御所（京都市上京区）から両神社に向かう全長約1キロにも及ぶ行列は王朝絵巻にたとえられ、葵祭のハイライトともいわれる。

The Aoi Festival (Roto no Gi), one of Kyoto's three major festivals, was held in Kyoto City on May 15, 2025. About 500 people dressed in Heian period attire, mainly consisting of the Konoe Tsukaidai and Saiodai, marched in procession, illuminating the greenery of the capital's main street.
The Aoi Festival is the annual festival of Shimogamo Shrine (Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City) and Kamigamo Shrine (Kita Ward, Kyoto City). The procession, which stretches for about 1 kilometer from the Kyoto Imperial Palace (Kamigyo Ward, Kyoto City) to the two shrines, is likened to a picture scroll of the imperial court and is said to be the highlight of the Aoi Festival.
