京都府警によると、2025年11月9日の午前7時50分ごろ、京都市左京区岩倉花園町付近でクマ1頭の目撃情報があったという。同じ11月9日の午後2時30分ごろには、京都市右京区嵯峨鳥居本小坂町の嵯峨亀山公園付近でも、クマ1頭の目撃情報があったという。
京都府警や京都市などは、クマを目撃した際は大声を出さず、ゆっくり後退しながら避難し、行政機関や警察に連絡するよう、注意を呼びかけている。

According to the Kyoto Prefectural Police, a bear was spotted around 7:50 AM on November 9, 2025, near Iwakura Hanazono-cho, Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City. Also on the same day, around 2:30 PM, a bear was also spotted near Saga Kameyama Park in Saga Toriimoto Kosaka-cho, Ukyo Ward, Kyoto City.
The Kyoto Prefectural Police and Kyoto City government are urging people to avoid shouting if they spot a bear, to back away slowly and take refuge, and to contact government agencies or the police.
