2026年6月29日の午前5時10分ごろ、京都市下京区の近鉄京都線京都駅構内で、京都発橿原神宮前行きの始発の普通電車（4両編成）が脱線した。2両目と3両目が脱線したとみられ、横転はせず乗客30人と乗務員ら3人にけがはなかった。復旧のめどは立っていないという。

At approximately 5:10 a.m. on June 29, 2026, the first local train of the day (a four-car set) bound for Kashiharajingu-mae from Kyoto derailed within the Kintetsu Kyoto Line's Kyoto Station in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto City. It appears that the second and third cars derailed; the train did not overturn, and none of the 30 passengers or three crew members sustained injuries. There is currently no estimate for when service will be restored.

2026年6月29日凌晨5點10分左右，一列從京都開往橛原神宮前的四節車廂的京都線列車在京都市下京區近鐵京都線京都站內脫軌。據信是第二節和第三節車廂脫軌，但列車並未翻覆，車上30名乘客和3名乘務員均未受傷。目前尚無恢復營運的預計時間。

2026년 6월 29일 오전 5시 10분쯤 교토시 시모교구의 긴테츠 교토선 교토역 구내에서 교토발 카시하라진구 앞행의 시발의 보통 전철(4량편성)이 탈선했다. 2량째와 3양목이 탈선한 것으로 보였고, 횡전은 하지 않고 승객 30명과 승무원 등 3명에게 부상은 없었다. 복구의 눈은 서 있지 않다고 한다.
