【Materials】 (For 2 people)
Broccoli…60 grams
Cauliflower…60 grams
Carrot…60 grams
Snap peas…4 stalks
Ginger (grated)…10 grams
Soy sauce…1 tablespoon
Rice vinegar…1 tablespoon
Olive oil…2 tablespoons
Honey…1 teaspoon
Salt…2 pinches
Pepper…1 teaspoon

Steamed vegetables with ginger dressing

【How to make】
① Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
② Cut the carrots diagonally into 5mm thick slices.
③ Remove the strings from the snap peas.
④ Boil water in a pot and boil each vegetable until cooked through (adjust the boiling time for each vegetable).
⑤ Transfer to cold water to stop the color from changing, then drain.
⑥ Put the grated ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl, mix well, and add the roasted sesame seeds.
⑦ Place ⑤ on a plate and pour ⑥ over it.

【Points】
It's important to make the most of the best texture of each vegetable so that they don't become too soft. The aroma and spiciness of the ginger bring out the sweetness of the vegetables.
